Drappier

The history of the walls of this house, inhabited today by the Drappier family, dates back to the 12th century, when Sant Bernard had an annex to the Abbey of Clairvaux built in Urville. The vineyard that surrounds these Cistercian cellars today are the pride of the house. Vineyards as close to nature, give life to rich clusters of complex aromas that will allow the production of champagnes with character and rich in aromas.
