Our flagship, the classic of the winery. A single varietal Albariño, elegant, fruity, fresh and delicate. Each year we harvest the grapes late, taking risks, giving the vineyard time to give the grapes the maximum expression. The selection in the vineyard is pure craftsmanship, a careful work that culminates in the winery with a process of cold skin maceration.
