Señor da folla verde

Señor da Folla Verde is the most exclusive white wine of our winery with a limited production of bottles. We only sell 20,800 bottles per year of this Rías Baixas Albariño. For its production we use albariño grapes (70%), loureira (15%) and treixadura (15%). All of them are grown at Finca La Moreira, where we select them by hand. In the vineyard chosen for the production of this Albariño we carry out what is known as “green pruning” in summer. In other words, 40% of the clusters are pruned to ensure optimal growth of the remaining clusters.
