Description
Made entirely from native Galician varieties, SOUSON CAIÑO and BRANCELLAO in equal parts. Traditional maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks and very gentle aging in 300-liter French oak barrels with very soft toasting and fine grain. Garnet red with violet rim. Nose of black fruits and red fruit, licorice, blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry, strawberry… perfectly blended with light balsamic, mint, vanilla and toasted notes of toffee. Medium structure, slightly glyceric in the palate with good unctuousness, ripe and silky tannin, well polymerized, fair acidity and a sweet spot on the palate, slightly bitter finish with a long and tasty aftertaste.
