Description
Historically and today, the Miño valley is characterized by the cultivation of different grape varieties of great prestige and quality, since its climatic and edaphological conditions allow it. These varieties are more sensitive in their cultivation and production than the ever-present Albariño. We are talking about the grapes: Loureiro and Treixadura, the latter being the most representative in the old meanders of the old Miño: El Condado. Bodegas La Val is committed to this multi-varietal wine, providing it with modernity and quality. That is why we have planted these two varieties, Loureiro and Treixadura, in our vineyard in Porto, in the heart of the Condado.
Straw yellow wine with greenish iridescence, of adequate brightness and limpidity. The nose is medium-high intensity with characteristic floral, fruity and fresh herb notes; lemon yogurt, typical Albariño citrus, green apple from the Treixadura, herbs and balsamic from the aromatic Loureiro, with smoky and toasted touches. The palate is savory, fresh, with well-integrated acidity and intensely fruity with a slight saline and mineral aftertaste and citrus notes that refresh and invite us to repeat.
