La Val de Sousón Tinto
Description
Single varietal Sousón, a variety historically cultivated in Condado do Tea under the name of Retinto. A variety with a long cycle, small cluster and medium to low productivity, it is destined to be one of the great grapes of Galicia. It is used to produce very aromatic wines of deep color and great freshness.
High layer almost dark with violet edges. It has a high aromatic intensity, dominated by wild red fruits such as blackberry, floral notes, toasted, Chinese ink, Atlantic herbs, bay leaf and an elegant minerality. The palate is full of freshness and fruitiness, with very Atlantic mineral and saline sensations.
