Description
Made by macerating the Treixadura, Albariño, Godello, Lado and Loureira varieties, working on the lees and smooth blending with fermentation in 300-liter barrels of medium-grain European oak with very light toasting.
Pale yellow color with golden reflections. Complexity, intensity and quality of primary aromas, subtle, elegant and very intense at the same time; citrus of lemon, bay leaf and orange blossom; tropical of pineapple and mango; peach and apricot fruit meld with soft balsamic notes of light smoked, vanilla and other minerals.
Oily, full, unctuous and glyceric palate, with good structure, tasty and slightly bitter: well balanced, good acidity and very long.
